Sensitive verification data is never shown publicly. PrePark may request evidence of ownership, authority or permission at any time, and may suspend or remove a listing if ownership, authority or permission is disputed.

What does it cost?
Listing is free. Hosts pay no commission or card processing charges to PrePark and keep their parking price. Customers pay a separate platform fee.
How should I choose a price?
Compare similar nearby parking for the same dates and duration. Consider walking distance, access and event demand. Start with a price you are comfortable with and adjust future prices as you learn.
Can I keep dates for myself?
Yes. Use your calendar to block unavailable dates. Honour existing confirmed bookings and contact PrePark if you cannot fulfil one.
Does check-in detect a car automatically?
No. Customers tap check-in and check-out themselves; those actions update the booking status for you.
Can anyone list a space?
You must have the right or permission to offer it. Complete the required onboarding and Stripe checks, and submit your listing for review.
You'll confirm you have authority to offer the space during onboarding.
