How costs work
Transparent pricing — no hidden charges, no commission.
For parkers
You pay the host's listed parking price plus a small platform fee, shown as its own line at checkout. The total and fee breakdown are shown before you pay.
For hosts
You keep every penny of your listed price. PrePark adds its service fee on top of the parking price — you never pay commission, listing fees or processing charges.
The service fee is shown as its own separate line at checkout alongside the parking price, so customers always know exactly what they're paying.
