Report a parking fine

Received a parking charge notice or fine after parking with PrePark? Tell us and connect it to your booking — we'll review what happened, including whether the access instructions or permit were right. You don't need an account, but your booking reference is required so the notice can be linked to your visit.

Up to 6 photos, 10 MB each. Photos are stored privately — they get no public link — and are only opened by an authorised admin through a short-lived link.

PrePark does not decide who pays a fine. We review every report, including whether the access information and any permit were correct, and we'll contact you once we've looked into it.

Cookies

We keep you signed in and keep the public reporting forms working. To see what is working, we count anonymous totals — guide views, new accounts and booking requests.
