What this site stores on your device
This is a plain-English summary of the storage and cookies this website actually uses today. None of it is used for advertising, profiling or tracking you across other sites.
Always on — needed for the site to work
- Sign-in session. base44_access_token (and the app's own base44_ bootstrap values) keep you signed in and let the app talk to its backend. Removed when you log out.
- Public form token. prepark_intake_token is a random code with no personal information in it. It gives your browser its own allowance on the public reporting and appeal forms, so one person cannot use up everyone else's.
- Dismissed reminders. A small flag remembering that you have already seen a reminder in your account, so it is not shown to you again.
- Cookie choice. prepark_cookie_choice remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner.
Optional — only runs once you accept
- Anonymous usage counts. base44_analytics_session_id is a random code with nothing personal in it. It lets us count how many people open a guide and how many accounts are created. Only totals are recorded — no name, email, address or vehicle detail is attached — and they are never used for advertising or to follow you across other sites.
Totals of booking requests are counted from the booking record itself, so they never read or write anything on your device. If anything else optional is ever added, it will only load after you accept, and it will be listed here.
When you use other services
- Paying for a booking. You are taken to Stripe's own secure checkout, where Stripe's cookies and privacy policy apply.
- Receiving payouts as a host. Setting up payouts takes you to Stripe, where their cookies and privacy policy apply.
- Maps. Map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which sees your device's address in the same way any website you visit does. No cookies are set by the map.
