Rent out suitable private land for event parking
Own private land near a stadium, concert venue or event site? If you have the authority and relevant permissions to offer safe parking, PrePark can help you present available spaces to drivers. A field, yard or larger plot needs more careful checks than an existing residential driveway.
You set the prices and availability. Bookings and income are not guaranteed.
Parking spaces that could be suitable
- An authorised hardstanding yard with safe vehicle access near a busy event venue
- A privately owned parcel of land with lawful parking use and suitable access arrangements
- A field or other unpaved area only where its use, ground conditions, insurance and all necessary permissions have been checked
How to get started with PrePark
- STEP 1
Check legal use and permission
Confirm you have the right to offer parking. Temporary event parking on fields or other land may require planning permission, site-owner consent or other approvals; check the local planning authority and any restrictions.
- STEP 2
Check safety and capacity
Assess ground firmness, drainage, weather resilience, vehicle size, turning space, emergency access, pedestrians and neighbours. Do not advertise spaces that are unsafe or inaccessible.
- STEP 3
Set honest availability
Describe the surface, entrance and access instructions accurately. Choose dates and prices, with realistic vehicle capacity and conditions. Never promise parking where access could be closed.
- STEP 4
Submit a PrePark listing
Create a listing, provide appropriate photographs and details, complete identity and payout verification, and submit it for review. Listings and bookings are not guaranteed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rent out a field for football or concert parking?
Potentially, if you have the legal authority and all necessary consents. Planning rules, traffic/access restrictions, surface conditions, insurance and safety requirements depend on the particular land and proposed use. Check before listing.
Does private land automatically qualify for parking?
No. Ownership alone does not establish that parking use is lawful, safe or suitable. A field, verge or agricultural plot may need permission or a different operating arrangement.
How much does it cost to list land on PrePark?
Creating a listing is free and PrePark currently takes no host commission. Hosts retain their advertised parking price, while drivers pay a separately disclosed platform fee. Demand and income are not guaranteed.
Can I offer parking for one weekend?
You can choose the dates to advertise on PrePark, but must separately verify that the proposed land use and access are lawful for that occasion. A one-off event does not necessarily remove planning or insurance requirements.
Ready to offer your spare parking?
List for free and keep your advertised parking price. PrePark adds its platform fee to the customer's total at checkout.
