Parking Conduct & Reporting

Customer parking rules and how members of the public can report parking issues connected with a PrePark booking.

Customers must park only within the parking space allocated or designated to their booking and must follow any parking or access instructions provided by the Host.

Customers must not:

• park across or obstruct neighbouring driveways or entrances;

• block pavements, footpaths, dropped kerbs or pedestrian access;

• obstruct roads, gates, garages or access routes;

• obstruct other vehicles;

• use another parking space unless specifically authorised by the Host;

• park in a way that causes a safety issue or unreasonable inconvenience.

If a Customer is unsure which space has been allocated, they must contact the Host before parking.

Members of the public may report suspected breaches to PrePark and may provide photographic or other supporting evidence. Serious or repeated breaches may result in a warning, suspension or permanent closure of the Customer's PrePark account.

You do not need a PrePark account to report a parking issue. If a PrePark vehicle is obstructing your driveway, pavement, access route or otherwise causing a problem, you can report it to us and provide supporting evidence.

Reports can be submitted via the 'Report a parking issue' page on this website. Reports are reviewed by authorised PrePark administrators and are never published publicly.

Where possible, PrePark will match a report against the vehicle registration, parking space, Host, booking and customer involved. Personal information about the Host or Customer is not disclosed to the person making the report.

PrePark will review the evidence before taking enforcement action. A report alone will not automatically result in an account being suspended or closed. However, where there is an immediate safety concern or serious alleged misconduct, PrePark may temporarily restrict an account while the matter is investigated.
