Check-In Requirement
Customers must check in on arrival. Missed check-ins may be treated as a no-show subject to PrePark's no-show and refund rules.
Customers are required to use the PrePark check-in service when they arrive at their booked parking space.
If a customer does not check in within the permitted check-in period, the booking may automatically be recorded by PrePark as a potential no-show.
A failure to check in does not prevent the customer from contacting PrePark if they did in fact attend. PrePark may request reasonable evidence of attendance, such as confirmation from the Host, location/time information, photographs or other relevant evidence.
Where a customer fails to check in and cannot reasonably demonstrate that the parking space was used, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the applicable no-show and refund rules will apply.
Customers should contact PrePark as soon as possible if they experience a technical problem that prevents them from checking in.
Check-in and check-out each trigger an email notification to the Host, so the Host is informed of the customer's arrival and departure.
